Aquatic Therapy

Feel confident in your recovery with the help of aquatic therapy at Pella Regional Health Center. Aquatic therapy will help you return to your everyday life and activities faster without having to travel far from home.
Benefits of Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy that includes exercises performed in the water. Thanks to the natural buoyancy of the water, aquatic therapy is a gentle way to strengthen joints and muscles. If you struggle with pain during regular therapy, you’ll benefit from the lower resistance of aquatic therapy. You’ll find it takes less effort to heal, enhance, restore or maintain your abilities.
