Linda V was very professional and friendly at check-in. Kelly, Dr. Robin's nurse was awesome. Listened to what I had to say asked fu questions when necessary. Dr. Robin was wonderful. Such a caring individual. Made me feel like my care was the most important thing she had to do that day. Explained all my care and if I had any follow up questions what I would need to do.

My daughter was with me and was very impressed with Dr. VandeVoort knowing my history, listening to me, calming when need to. I couldn't ask for a better provider. And she feels the same way. Thank you. Bye.

A very good doctor and I appreciate everything you have done for us out of my heart. I wish they was more that you can do but we're hanging in there and we care together as much as we can. We thank you for your time and every time you see us. Bye.

Careful, they told me within a couple days to get my report back, the hands inanimate LC and I haven't heard anything yet, and I'm sure like to know.

It's been a haul getting established with a doctor, since I have been trying since June/July. I am thankful to now be established with a doctor. Thank you.

All I want is answers to why my health is declining. I want treaent options that are not narcotics, but unfortunately my provider is focused on calling me a drug addict. She tells me it is all in my head, but I've been seeing a psychiatrist that is telling me that this pain is real and she has helped me with the mental struggle but I am still almost constantly in pain. She misdiagnosed a frozen shoulder that occurred after a pneumoccocal vaccine telling me that vaccines do not cause that. They most certainly do, and that is exactly what happened, resulting in 6 weeks of missed work, physical therapy, joint injections then a steroid injection into the bicep tendons. She has told me that my pain is all in my head. I would definitely say that I did not receive compassionate care, and I was dismissed as unhelpable. It will be a blessing to move me and my family's care to a provider that will be committed to helping us, and helping me find the treatment options needed to treat my pain without narcotics.

I had a great experience with the doctor and her nurse. The receptionist did a good job as well.
