I have interacted with almost all staff in the department and they have all been exceptional. They are well versed in the treatment of diabetes and provide excellent care and service. Marsha, Michelle, Jessica, and Debbie make a great team!

Why can't I call the Bussey Clinic and get the Bussey Clinic this is the 1 VERY frustrating thing about dealing with the Pella Hospitals and Clinics, the ability to call the office talking to the individuals who are actually there.

When phoning into to change or check up on an appointment the wait time is completely unacceptable. I called 3 different days last week to change my appointment and at time I was on hold for 15 minutes. I still never got the chance to talk to someone. It's funny tho, When I call to pay my bill, someone answers right away. Employ the same practice when calling for customer service.

The whole visit went really well with from the receptionist to the nurse to Marsha Collins. And I want to say that when you leave Marsha Collins office, you just feel good whether you've not done well or not, she makes you explains it so that you can improve on it. And you still feel good about the visit.

Yes, I think that you need more training on your lab people. That is drawing blood. I think it's the RN that's fussy of it that's drawing blood. I was drew 3 times. I don't appreciate that, so I think more training needs to be done. Thank you.

I guess my main concern is I got along just fine but at the office and everything, but I don't like about the way you do things, if when I call Bussey Clinic number and I get somebody in a call center or somewhere, who has no idea who I am, or what I'm calling about. And then when you're sick, they ask you what is wrong with you? You are sick. You do not know what's wrong with you. I guess my concern is is if we could call our regular Clinic that we go to regular area where we are known, it is much nicer. I would like to do away with the call center. Thank you very much for your time.

I felt that Dr. Collins was very kind, and passionate, and I felt very confident that she cared about me.
