The younger, blonde receptionist was really friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job! Keep workers like her! I feel like throwing wait time was way better than last year at my appointment.

Dr. Mace nurse receptionist are some of the nicest helpful people I've ever met and I trust him with my life. It's actually it's fun to go there and everybody's in good humor and just so sweet and nice and that's about all I can say. Is just I can't ask for better health care.

I was treated very well from the time we was screen when we came in the door. And in the waiting room and the nurse came and got us and done what she had to do and when the Dr. Mace came in he done what he had to do and asked me if there's any questions and we had a nice visit and I will truly keep him as long as I can and he is a wonderful man.

Yes, I always enjoy going to Dr. Mace cause he's such a good doctor. And he tells me whatever I need and the pills and he checked everything and I just I know I got in a very good time and out and I enjoyed it a lot. They know how to do the job and thank him very much.

I really appreciate Dr. Mace. I like Dr. Mace. It just seemed a little bit like he was a little bit rushed that day, but I think that's due to the system. I don't think that's him. So anyway, that's just my feedback. Thank you.

When I scheduled my appointment the lady on the other end the scheduling lady. I think her name was Johnny. She was the best I've ever talk to you. I've never talked to a better person who schedules on the phone. She's the best. I don't know. I mean, I you know, it made my day just to be able to talk to her. Thank you.

I had shared a concern about my son's shoulder during our annual well child physical. My son had hurt it at school, the school nurse suggested I come and get an x-ray so we did, nothing was broken but the provider I saw on Friday (Sept. 18th, 2020) was not our normal doctor and she told me to follow up if I had any other concerns. Four days later, Tuesday,(September 22nd, 2020) we had my son's yearly well child exam already scheduled and he was still complaining that it hurt. I shared with our provider and I was informed that it was my child's well child physical and that the provider did not have enough time scheduled to do a shoulder exam. I would have to make another appt. to follow up on the shoulder. I was of course not prepared for such a response so said ok. If more time is needed for yearly exams, I might suggest that it is allowed in the provider's schedule. I'm not sure of any better time then sitting in the office to have the doctor exam my son completely. Big deal if it puts him behind, I've had to wait for other appointments that might have ran longer than expected. That's what happens, it's a docotors office, people are sick, hurt, needing care, it's expected. What's not expected is when I'm voicing a concern and told he doesn't have time. I don't have to receive my care at Pella Regional Medical Clinic in Knoxville. I can literally go anywhere but have chosen Pella. I suppose I will have to re-evaluate my choices. I share this not to get anyone in trouble but to alert you that if the expectation is shared from the top down, that it's all about the numbers and time instead of providing good quality care, then your representation will show that and perhaps is showing that.

Just wondering why the first time I saw this Dr he said I needed to see him every 6 months and now after having good labs etc I have to see him every 4 months. Seems to me the clinic has gone down hill since i first started being seen there. Appears to be more about money than anything else.
