The provider was very aware of my medical history. My health concerns were validated. The provider was kind and provided an an atmosphere that encouraged me to take care of myself better.

The provider did not really listen to our concern and she kind of looked at me like she didn't believe me about wanting to get my daughter evaluated for ADD, because she can't read which I thought was very offensive. I will not be coming back to her.

Never have I met so many wonderful people, kind, caring but most of all helpful. Thank you.

The scheduling receptionists are often rude and lacking basic customer skills. There is obviously a staffing issue b/c it's really hard to make an appointment. Often the clinic receptionists are rude, as well. Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of wonderful, friendly people working at the hospital but there are quite a LOT that are not. I've also noticed since the pandemic, receptionist are often wearing their masks improperly-under their nose. That's incredibly discouraging, especially in a healthcare setting. Why isn't their Manager offering them guidance on wearing a mask correctly? :(

I am a long time patient of Dr. Hellbusch. Due to scheduling conflicts I saw Jennifer Sheffield for my visit. I was extremely pleased with her professionalism and care. Her nurse was just as superb. I would definitely see Jennifer again should I not be able to get in with Dr. Hellbusch.

We had to see a fill in provider but she was very helpful and took the time to learn our kids and cared for them like her own.

Yes, I was very impressed with the young lady that I had for my treatment. I was just feeling for because I couldn't see my regular doctor and I was very happy with her. Thank you.

Dr Sheffield and her nurse treated us like we had been there patients for years. She knew the history she needed to know about my daughter. They were both so kind. Thank you!!

I saw whoever was available today since I couldn't see my regular doctor, Dr. Clark. I went in because my son is having medical problems that we have been unable to figure out what is going on. I have been feeling very anxious lately because I can't help him and because of the state of the world we live in right now. About 4-5 years ago Dr. Clark prescribed Xanax for me, that worked well and I only used it as necessary. I have not been on it since the 2 prescriptions she gave me. The PA today prescribed me a glorified Benedryl that after taking it I only wanted to sleep. It did nothing for my anxiety. I have a family, house to take care of and a job so I can't be wanting to sleep during the day. I asked the PA if she could prescribe me Xanax and she said they don't like to because it is a narcotic. Even though it helped me in the past and I only used it for a short time 4-5 years ago. So I called Dr. Clark's office to see if she could prescribe it for me and they said I would need to make another appointment to see Dr. Clark about my anxiety. My Market Place insurance pays for very little so I can not afford another office visit. I explained to the nurse about my history and although sympathetic she said she couldn't do anything. She suggested I cut the current prescription pill in 1/2 to see if it made me less sleepy. Solid advice by a medical professional. Now I am left to deal with my anxiety on my own. I feel PRHC is not taking care of my needs because they are so afraid to prescribe certain medications that might help their patients. We had the very same issue with my son, trying to find someone that would help him control his pain. I am done with PRHC. Even though you have taken an oath to help your patients you are doing the opposite out of fear of the occasional person that misuses the narcotics prescribed to them. Because of this you are not properly taking care of your patients and you should not be in the business of caring medically for people that need help.
