It was very relaxing and I was comfortable sharing health issues with her.

Yes, had a very good office visit. No real problems whatsoever. I've got a little confused about that, they had masks out front and the only mask that looked like was available was a child's mask and I was halfway thinking about putting on a child's mask until I accidentally found that the adult masks and if you could possibly keep the adult masks and the child masks together, and labeled, it would help a lot. He's actually cost me a couple of minutes coming into the building cause I couldn't find it. Thank you, and have a nice day.

I really appreciated getting to the bottom of my issue since I am leaving for vacation in 10 days. Also addressing what would happen if my issues continued when I'm on vacation.

I was told over the phone with my child's symptoms he needed to be seen right away. We waited an hour and ten minutes after our appointment time to be seen (not at walk-in). With less than 2 minutes with the doctor was told to put cold compressions on his eye.

Every single person that helped me was top knotch amazing.Eased my pain and fear. The only thing is I thought I was going to er for the the things my dr couldn't get ahold of where she works in the building but not be charged ER fees or I would have not done service in ER.I was not informed ER charged until i was told $100 copayment.I let the lady know i already seen my dr there and she walked me there for pain managment and a ct since she dont have that there.. I just thought we were utilizing or utilizing pain management and the CT scanner sends my doctor don't have it where she's at. There is no way I can afford ER charges just especially when I'm about to lose my jabout to lose my job for being sick. I'm not sure it's anyone's fault that I was not told I would be charged ER fees a few years but I don't understand why if I was walked over there Why is the ER charges when I was just with my doctor. Like like I said it was amazing how I was treated but I would have never done that If I was known that I would be charged ER prices because I don't have money for anything right now

Dr. Clark has been my physician for years. She knows me. She understands me. She takes time with me. No matter if she has a time or not, she always makes the time to just sit down and actively listened to what it is I have to say. We talk about other things other than our health care, which makes her very personable and she has a wonderful bedside manner. I value Dr. Clark and I think that she just does an amazing job every time I see her.

Feedback is good. Everything went well. So that's all I have to say. I don't have anything negative it, it went well, so, thank you very much and hope you have a good day.

The yellow and brown color scheme of the 1st floor clinic check-in/waiting area is truly terrible. The furniture is worn and dingy. The framed items on the walls look like an afterthought. I know that the quality of care is what is most important, and I feel there are some great providers at the clinic. However, that is not a waiting room that conveys to patients that they have chosen high quality care.

Had nurse that had never roomed in the clinic. She could not get on the computer. I set up my own stuff for appt.. She did not know what Dr liked for CPX protocol.
