Comfortable, efficient

Dr. Clark always give me, as patient, enough time. She doesn't rush through the appointment, and takes time to listen to me and get to know me personally. She is very relatable.

It took me nearly 8 years to find a good doctor after I was injured, then I found Pella hospital and clinic and their host of amazing doctors and nurses. You are wonderful and I thank you.

I always have to wait , No matter what time of the day I schedule my appointment. I went 20 minutes early to be sure to get check in and on time for my appointment and I still had to wait in the exam room for 20 minutes before my doctor came in.

As always the people and the waiting time were fine. In this time the safety for Covid was also reassuring.

Everything was great except for the pushing of the flu vaccine, which I said no to and then I felt like it was condescending the attitude that was taken after that. I don't want to take the flu shot. I don't think I should be pressured into it, but the rest of the visit was fine. Thanks bye.

Dr. Clark and her nurse Lorry were both friendly and professional. This was my first visit to Pella Regional Medical Clinic. I am very happy with my choice.

I was told to arrive 20 minutes BEFORE my appointment and waited to be seen 40 minutes AFTER my appointment time?! As if I had to be there early bc they don't want to wait on me but its ok for me to wait almost an hour past my appointment time on them?

Phoning in for an appointment took 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. I hear the same recording and music over and over. Check in time took at least 10 minutes. Always hear the same excuse, "the computer is slow." Wait time to see doctor was ridiculous...45 minutes. I was in the Medical Center for a total of 2 3/4 hours with only few minutes with the doctor. Was told next time use the portal or use walk-in. Both of those are great services but not desirable for me.

Very happy with the reduced wait time in the waiting area and in the exam room. Exam was thorough and not rushed.

Dr. Clark is not our normal doctor - we had to go in for a fill in - so, you know, her not knowing my son's history and whatever is irrelevant to this one because he hurt his foot. My biggest issue was the hour long wait time that we had once we got into the doctor's office, and no one checking in on us to say "hey she'll be in shortly" or "hey something came up" - so that was a very annoying and that's all.

Yes, I just wanted to say that I have had...always had a really good experience with Danielle Clark and I wouldn't trust anybody else. She's really great. Thank you.

The changes that you made to the check in desk. I feel are really too open and non confidential. I think Pella is a small enough town. I don't really need people knowing who I'm there to see or doing anything. And I would much prefer, you know, something more confidential for check in. Thank you.
