Surgery Waiting

We have a large waiting room staffed by a volunteer at our busiest times. Visitors are limited to 1 or 2 adults. They will get a pager while the patient is in surgery that will notify them when the staff needs them to return to the surgery waiting room.

Outpatient Surgery Room

After patients are admitted they spend time preparing for the operating room in the outpatient surgery room. They return to the outpatient surgery room to get ready for discharge.

Operating Room

Our surgical staff works with more than a dozen physicians in nine specialty areas. We do more than 3,500 surgeries/scopes each year.

Robotic Surgery Operating Room

Robotic surgery is a new category of minimally invasive surgery. It allows the surgeon to perform complex surgical procedures using the smallest of incisions with the help of a surgical “robot.”

Recovery Room

In the recovery room, a nurse monitors the patient for proper recovery.

Medical/Surgical Room

All patient rooms on our medical/surgical unit are set up for the comfort and privacy of the patient as they recover from illness or injury.

Main Entrance

Patients should arrive an hour and a half prior to the scheduled procedure. There are parking spots dedicated to surgical patients in the parking lot located right off Jefferson Street.

Lobby

Patients must stop at the Information Desk in the front lobby where they will be escorted to the surgery waiting room prior to the procedure.
