Hand Rehabilitation System

Rehabilitation at Pella Regional Health Center helps patients regain function of their hand due to stroke, multiple sclerosis, or other central nervous system disorders.

The H200 Hand Rehabilitation System is designed to help patients regain natural hand function, including reaching, grasping, and opening and closing the hand. The system’s technology delivers low-level electrical stimulation to activate the nerves that control the muscles in the hand and forearm. It may also help:

  • Increase hand active range of motion and hand function
  • Reeducate muscles
  • Increase local blood circulation
  • Prevent muscle loss
  • Reduce muscle spasms
