Medical Privacy (HIPAA)
While receiving care at Pella Regional Health Center (PRHC), information regarding your medical history, treatment, and payment for your health care may be created and/or received by us. This information is called “Protected Health Information (PHI)” and is protected by state and federal law. This Notice describes your rights regarding the use and disclosure of your PHI and our duties and responsibilities regarding your PHI.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint, in writing, to our Privacy Officer.
