Quality
Quality patient care is very important to staff at Pella Regional Health Center. Because of that, we document our care, collect data and publicly report the information. We compare our quality scores to state and national benchmarks and use color-coding to indicate whether we meet, exceed or fall under the benchmarks.
Green indicates we meet or exceed Iowa and National benchmarks.
Yellow indicates we are within plus or minus 10% of the benchmark.
Red indicates we fall below the benchmark and have created an improvement plan.
